Ozzy Osbourne is giving fans a health update after a startling discovery.
During a talk with British singer-songwriter Billy Morrison on his SiriusXM radio show "Ozzy Speaks," the controversial Black Sabbath frontman said he is undergoing stem treatments after doctors discovered a tumor on his vertebrae, according to Entertainment Tonight and Fox News.
"I've just come back from the doctor after having some stem cells put in me," Osbourne said in a clip of the chat, before telling Morrison later, "The thing is, you have it, and you go, 'I don't feel that great,' but I don't know what it would be like if I didn't have it."
Osbourne called the treatments "pretty expensive."
Morrison told Osbourne that he, too, underwent stem cell treatments for "hip problems." Last February, Osbourne announced he was canceling a tour and said he was retiring from touring.
This isn't Osbourne's only health struggle in recent years. In 2020, Osbourne revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

Ozzy Osbourne stem cell revelations follow Kelly Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne comments on Ozempic
Osbourne's stem cell treatment revelation comes just a few months after his daughter Kelly Osbourne made headlines for her controversial comments about weight loss drugs.
In February, the TV personality and daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne defended her use of Ozempic, a drug that is intended to treat those with Type 2 diabetes to E! News on the Dolly Parton Pet Gala red carpet.
"I think it's amazing," Osbourne told the entertainment outlet. "There are a million ways to lose weight, why not do it through something that isn't as boring as working out?" She also suggested that people who criticize her for Ozempic use are doing so due to their own financial reasons.
The comments opposed the views of Sharon Osbourne, her mom and the British TV personality, about Ozempic.
Months earlier in November, Kelly Osbourne's mom and Ozzy Osbourne's wife told The Daily Mail she had already gone off of Ozempic because she “couldn’t stop losing weight.”
“I’ve lost 42 pounds and I can’t afford to lose anymore," Osbourne, 71, said at the time. "I'm too gaunt and I can't put any weight on. I want to, because I feel I'm too skinny.”
