1 killed and 3 wounded in shooting in Denver suburb of Aurora on Thursday, police say

AURORA, Colo. (AP) — One person was killed and three others were wounded in a shooting in suburban Denver on Thursday, police said.
All the victims who were shot are adults, Aurora police said in a statement posted on the social platform X. One victim died at the scene and the others were taken to the hospital, police said.
The shooting happened in the area of an intersection along busy Colfax Avenue, the main street which cuts east to west through the Denver metro area, along a stretch where there is a shopping center and a fast food restaurant.
No suspects have been identified or arrested, police said.
